Alyssa Restaino
Senior Director of Institutional Giving, High Line
Alyssa Restaino serves as Senior Director, Institutional Giving at Friends of the High Line, where she oversees charitable giving through foundations, corporations, and government sources, as well as earned revenue through venue rentals and film shoots on the High Line. Alyssa has over 15 years of experience in maximizing institutional giving by creating bespoke strategies, building meaningful donor relationships and engagement, and leveraging donor values to advance organizational impact. Alyssa joined the High Line in May 2022 from New York Road Runners, where she served as Director, Institutional Giving for six years, fundraising for youth, community, and park-based wellness programs. Prior to NYRR, Alyssa spent seven years fundraising in the nonprofit environmental space at the National Audubon Society. Alyssa grew up in the Catskills and Hudson Valley region of upstate New York and moved to New York City in 2004 to attend college at NYU. She currently resides in Brooklyn.
