As President of Colonos Santa Fe AC, Itziar serves as a representative for a diverse range of stakeholders, including residents, universities, schools, businesses, and hotels. In this role, they oversee projects aimed at improving the area's social, economic, and environmental well-being. Acting as a primary spokesperson, Itziar engages with both local and federal authorities to advocate for urban improvements.

For La Mexicana, Itziar successfully negotiated a 40-year operating agreement with the Government of Mexico City. Today, as President of the park's Technical Committee, Itziar actively manage the park's operation and cultural programming, collaborating with international figures to ensure its success.

Itziar holds leadership positions in the LATAM Committee and is a member of the High Line Network and World Urban Parks. Through these roles, she contributes to global urban development initiatives, demonstrating expertise in community representation, park governance, and international collaboration. Itziar's multifaceted approach underscores their commitment to fostering holistic urban enhancement strategies.
